Beyond the clinic, Dr. Seniar serves as the Director of General Medical Affairs (DGMA) at the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs (MOPA). In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic oversight of the health and medical readiness of the Peshmerga Forces. While his clinical work focuses on the individual patient, his military role demands that he uphold the highest standards of safety, logistics, and medical governance for an entire armed force.
